Monel R-405 is an easy-to-machine nickel-copper alloy. Its chemical composition is basically the same as Monel 400. But it improves the machining properties of the alloy.
We manufacture Monel R-405 round bar & rod strictly according to ASTM B164. We use high-purity raw materials and advanced smelting technology to improve the yield of materials. Through precise cold drawing and fine grinding process, we can achieve high dimensional accuracy.

Chemical Composition of Monel R-405
*Chemical Composition According to ASTM B164
The chemical composition of Monel R-405 is basically the same as that of Monel 400. The only difference is that Monel R-405 imposes a stricter limit on the sulfur content of the alloy, thereby improving the machining properties of the alloy.
