Monel 502™ is a nickel-copper alloy. It can be machined similar to that of austenitic stainless steels. It can be formed using conventional techniques and can be welded using conventional methods. Monel 502™ reacts to heat treatment and annealing.

Monel 502 flat bar is a nickel alloy bar with a rectangular cross-section. It has excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, and can work continuously in special environments. Depending on the size and requirements, Monel 502 flat bar can be cold drawn from Monel 502 billet or round bar, or it can be cut from plate or strip. In surface treatment, we can provide pickling finish, sand blasted finish and polished finish for your choice.
