We anneal the Monel 400 round bar & rod by default to completely eliminate the brittleness of the material. Please let us know if you have special mechanical property requirements for the material. We can simply stress relieve the material to retain some of the work hardening. We can also deliver directly in a cold drawn state, which preserves the high strength of the material to the greatest extent possible.
