INCOLOY® alloy DS (W.Nr. 1.4862), first developed for woven wire furnace conveyor belts, is now widely used for a range of heat-treatment applications where its strength and corrosion resistance at high temperatures enable its use in light section.
Incoloy DS wire is a thinner nickel alloy round material, which is manufactured by cold drawing the wire rods. Compared with ordinary stainless steel wire, it has better corrosion resistance and high temperature performance. As we have complete heat treatment equipment and surface treatment technology, we can provide the Incoloy DS wires with different hardness and different finishes.
