INCOLOY® alloy DS (W.Nr. 1.4862), first developed for woven wire furnace conveyor belts, is now widely used for a range of heat-treatment applications where its strength and corrosion resistance at high temperatures enable its use in light section.

Incoloy DS thick-walled pipe is a seamless, thick-walled Incoloy DS pipe. Compared with Incoloy DS seamless pipe, it not only inherits high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, but also has better high pressure resistance. Therefore, Incoloy DS thick-walled tubes are often used in high-pressure equipment. In the manufacturing process, due to the thicker wall thickness, cold rolling and cold drawing processes are no longer applicable, so the Incoloy DS thick-walled pipe is perforated and hot-rolled from Incoloy DS round bar.
