INCOLOY® alloy 890 (UNS N08890) is the latest addition to the INCOLOY alloy family of heat resistant alloys. Alloy 890 joins the existing INCOLOY products in offering high strength along with excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization, and sulfidation at temperatures up to 2200°F (1200°C).

Incoloy 890 thick-walled pipe is a seamless, thick-walled Incoloy 890 pipe. Compared with Incoloy 890 seamless pipe, it not only inherits high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, but also has better high pressure resistance. Therefore, Incoloy 890 thick-walled tubes are often used in high-pressure equipment. In the manufacturing process, due to the thicker wall thickness, cold rolling and cold drawing processes are no longer applicable, so the Incoloy 890 thick-walled pipe is perforated and hot-rolled from Incoloy 890 round bar.
