INCOLOY® alloy 864 (UNS S35135) was specifically developed for automotive exhaust system flexible couplings, EGR tubes, manifolds and tailpipes. It exhibits excellent fatigue resistance, thermal stability and resistance to hot salt corrosion, pitting and chloride stresscorrosion cracking. INCOLOY alloy 864 is covered by U.S. Patent 5,827,377.
Incoloy 864 coil is a nickel alloy raw material manufactured by rolling up a Incoloy 864 sheet/plate. According to different production processes, Incoloy 864 coils are divided into Incoloy 864 hot rolled coils and Incoloy 864 cold rolled coils. After they are flattened, they can be made into plate and sheet. The default finish of Incoloy 864 cold rolled coil is 2B finish and the default finish of Incoloy 864 hot rolled coil is No.1 finish.
