INCOLOY® alloy 825 (UNS N08825 / W.Nr. 2.4858) is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper, and titanium. The alloy’s chemical composition is designed to provide exceptional resistance to many corrosive environments. The nickel content is sufficient for resistance to chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking.

Incoloy 825 thick-walled pipe is a seamless, thick-walled Incoloy 825 pipe. Compared with Incoloy 825 seamless pipe, it not only inherits high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, but also has better high pressure resistance. Therefore, Incoloy 825 thick-walled tubes are often used in high-pressure equipment. In the manufacturing process, due to the thicker wall thickness, cold rolling and cold drawing processes are no longer applicable, so the Incoloy 825 thick-walled pipe is perforated and hot-rolled from Incoloy 825 round bar.
