Incoloy 825 (ERNiFeCr-1) Filler Metal Supplier
As a leading supplier of nickel alloys, we manufacture high performance Incoloy 825 (AWS A5.14 ERNiFeCr-1) filler metal.
The nominal composition (wt %) of Incoloy 825 filler metal is 42 Ni, 30 Fe, 21 Cr, 3 Mo, and 2 Cu. Incoloy 825 filler metal is used for welding the nickel-iron-chromium-molybdenum-copper alloy (ASTM B423 having UNS number N08825) to itself using the GTAW and GMAW processes.
We produce Incoloy 825 filler metal strictly according to AWS A5.14 standard, and chemical analysis and tensile test of the material are performed before shipment. After passing the test, we will issue a material test certificate based on the test results.

The chemical composition of ERNiFeCr-1 is basically the same as that of general Incoloy 825 material. The only thing to note is that ERNiFeCr-1 has requirements for phosphorus content, please confirm with the supplier before placing an order.
