INCOLOY® alloy 803 (UNS S35045), an iron-nickel-chromium alloy, is designed for use in petrochemical, chemical and thermal processing applications. The nickel and chromium contents of alloy 803 are higher than those of INCOLOY alloys 800H and 800HT®.
As a very common nickel alloy product, Incoloy 803 sheet is formed by flattening and shearing cold-rolled coil. The thickness of the Incoloy 803 cold-rolled sheet is generally less than 5mm. Unlike plate, Incoloy 803 sheets have a brighter finish. The Incoloy 803 sheet has high strength and good creep resistance at any temperature. It is more fatigue resistant than ordinary alloy sheet. In addition, oxidation resistance is also one of its excellent properties.
