Incoloy 800 (UNS N08800) is a cost-effective solid solution strengthened superalloy. It has good high temperature corrosion resistance. Compared to Inconel series alloys, its price is lower. Incoloy 800 remains one of the most widely used alloys today.
Incoloy 800 strips can be produced by slitting the coils. It can also be directly produced by cold rolling. For Incoloy 800 strips with a width of less than 200mm, we will use the second method. Because this not only allows you to control the hardness of the strip according to your requirements, but also keeps the cost to a minimum. Typical coil stock suppliers cannot do this.
