INCOLOY alloy 800 (UNS N08800 / W.Nr. 1.4876) is a widely used material for construction of equipment requiring corrosion resistance, heat resistance, strength, and stability for service up to 1500°F (816°C). Alloy 800 offers general corrosion resistance to many aqueous media and, by virtue of its content of nickel, resists stress corrosion cracking.

Incoloy 800 coil tube is a continuous small diameter Incoloy 800 tube manufactured by welding, continuously cold drawing and coiling the Incoloy 800 strip. Due to its continuity, we will use bright annealing process to avoid the generation of oxide skin inside the tube. Incoloy 800 coil tubes have excellent high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, as well as good integration. We also provide Incoloy 800 seamless coil tube and Incoloy 800 welded coil tube for your choice. It should be noted that due to the difference in technology, the length of the Incoloy 800 seamless coil tube of the same size will be less than that of the Incoloy 800 welded coil tube.
