INCOLOY® alloy 330 (UNS N08330 / W.Nr. 1.4886) is an austenitic alloy with good high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance. It has a solid solution composition and is not hardenable by heat treatment. Its high nickel and chromium provide good resistance to oxidation and carburization. Its oxidation resistance is enhanced by the silicon content.

Incoloy 330 thick-walled pipe is a seamless, thick-walled Incoloy 330 pipe. Compared with Incoloy 330 seamless pipe, it not only inherits high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, but also has better high pressure resistance. Therefore, Incoloy 330 thick-walled tubes are often used in high-pressure equipment. In the manufacturing process, due to the thicker wall thickness, cold rolling and cold drawing processes are no longer applicable, so the Incoloy 330 thick-walled pipe is perforated and hot-rolled from Incoloy 330 round bar.
