INCOLOY® alloy 020 (UNS N08020) has excellent corrosion resistance in chemical environments containing sulfuric acid, and useful resistance to environments containing chlorides, nitric acid, and phosphoric acid. Other uses include the production of gasoline, solvents, explosives, inorganic and organic chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and food and synthetic materials.

Incoloy 020 thick-walled pipe is a seamless, thick-walled Incoloy 020 pipe. Compared with Incoloy 020 seamless pipe, it not only inherits high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, but also has better high pressure resistance. Therefore, Incoloy 020 thick-walled tubes are often used in high-pressure equipment. In the manufacturing process, due to the thicker wall thickness, cold rolling and cold drawing processes are no longer applicable, so the Incoloy 020 thick-walled pipe is perforated and hot-rolled from Incoloy 020 round bar.
