HASTELLOY® X alloy (UNS N06002 (W86002) is a nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum alloy that possesses an exceptional combination of oxidation resistance, fabricability and high-temperature strength. It has also been found to be exceptionally resistant to stress-corrosion cracking in petrochemical applications.
Hastelloy X hot-rolled plates are generally nickel alloy sheets & plates products with a thickness more than 3mm - 5mm. Hastelloy X plate inherits the superior corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and fatigue resistance of Hastelloy X. In terms of the manufacturing process, Hastelloy X plate can be flattened and cut from coil, it also can be directly hot rolled from Hastelloy X billet. Compared with sheets, Hastelloy X plates have a whiter finish.
