HASTELLOY® N alloy (UNS N10003) is a nickel-base alloy that was invented at Oak Ridge National Laboratories as a container material for molten fluoride salts. It has good oxidation resistance to hot fluoride salts in the temperature range of 1300 to 1600°F (704 to 871°C).

Hastelloy N coil tube is a continuous small diameter Hastelloy N tube manufactured by welding, continuously cold drawing and coiling the Hastelloy N strip. Due to its continuity, we will use bright annealing process to avoid the generation of oxide skin inside the tube. Hastelloy N coil tubes have excellent high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, as well as good integration. We also provide Hastelloy N seamless coil tube and Hastelloy N welded coil tube for your choice. It should be noted that due to the difference in technology, the length of the Hastelloy N seamless coil tube of the same size will be less than that of the Hastelloy N welded coil tube.
