HASTELLOY® G-35® alloy (UNS N06035) was designed to resist “wet process” phosphoric acid (P2O5), which is used in the production of fertilizers. Tests in real-world solutions indicate that G-35 alloy is far superior to other metallic materials in this acid.
Hastelloy G-35 wire is a thinner nickel alloy round material, which is manufactured by cold drawing the wire rods. Compared with ordinary stainless steel wire, it has better corrosion resistance and high temperature performance. As we have complete heat treatment equipment and surface treatment technology, we can provide the Hastelloy G-35 wires with different hardness and different finishes. In addition, if you need Hastelloy G-35 spring wires with higher mechanical performance requirements, we can also meet your needs.
