The main components of Hastelloy G-30 (ERNiCrMo-11) filler metal are 40% nickel, 30% chromium, 15% iron, 5% molybdenum and a small amount of cobalt, tungsten, and copper. The combination of these elements guarantees its high temperature corrosion resistance. Hastelloy G-30 filler metal is a high performance welding material that supports GTAW, GMAW and PAW welding methods. Hastelloy G-30 filler metal is mainly used for welding Hastelloy G-30 alloy. It can also weld other nickel alloys or stainless steel.
