HASTELLOY alloy G-3 (UNS N06985 / W.Nr. 2.4619) is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy with additions of molybdenum and copper. Some of the minor elements are controlled to yield increased resistance to heataffected-zone (HAZ) corrosion and improved weldability. Alloy G-3 has excellent corrosion resistance to oxidizing chemicals and atmospheres.

Hastelloy G-3 coil is a nickel alloy raw material manufactured by rolling up a Hastelloy G-3 sheet/plate. According to different production processes, Hastelloy G-3 coils are divided into Hastelloy G-3 hot rolled coils and Hastelloy G-3 cold rolled coils. After they are flattened, they can be made into plate and sheet. The default finish of Hastelloy G-3 cold rolled coil is 2B finish and the default finish of Hastelloy G-3 hot rolled coil is No.1 finish.
