HASTELLOY alloy G-3 (UNS N06985 / W.Nr. 2.4619) is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy with additions of molybdenum and copper. Some of the minor elements are controlled to yield increased resistance to heataffected-zone (HAZ) corrosion and improved weldability. Alloy G-3 has excellent corrosion resistance to oxidizing chemicals and atmospheres.

Hastelloy G-3 coil tube is a continuous small diameter Hastelloy G-3 tube manufactured by welding, continuously cold drawing and coiling the Hastelloy G-3 strip. Due to its continuity, we will use bright annealing process to avoid the generation of oxide skin inside the tube. Hastelloy G-3 coil tubes have excellent high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, as well as good integration. We also provide Hastelloy G-3 seamless coil tube and Hastelloy G-3 welded coil tube for your choice. It should be noted that due to the difference in technology, the length of the Hastelloy G-3 seamless coil tube of the same size will be less than that of the Hastelloy G-3 welded coil tube.
