HASTELLOY® C-22HS® alloy is the premier nickel-chromium-molybdenum, corrosion-resistant material for oil and gas industry use. Cold working of the alloy at levels between 30 and 65% result in high room temperature yield strengths. It exhibits exceptional resistance to sour gas environments and is NACE/ISO approved.

Hastelloy C-22HS hot-rolled plates are generally nickel alloy sheets & plates products with a thickness more than 3mm - 5mm. Hastelloy C-22HS plate inherits the superior corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and fatigue resistance of Hastelloy C-22HS. In terms of the manufacturing process, Hastelloy C-22HS plate can be flattened and cut from coil, it also can be directly hot rolled from Hastelloy C-22HS billet. Compared with sheets, Hastelloy C-22HS plates have a whiter finish.
