HASTELLOY® C-22® alloy (UNS N06022) is one of the well-known and well-proven nickel-chromium-molybdenum materials, the chief attributes of which are resistance to both oxidizing and non-oxidizing chemicals, and protection from pitting, crevice attack, and stress corrosion cracking.

Hastelloy C-22 thick-walled pipe is a seamless, thick-walled Hastelloy C-22 pipe. Compared with Hastelloy C-22 seamless pipe, it not only inherits high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, but also has better high pressure resistance. Therefore, Hastelloy C-22 thick-walled tubes are often used in high-pressure equipment. In the manufacturing process, due to the thicker wall thickness, cold rolling and cold drawing processes are no longer applicable, so the Hastelloy C-22 thick-walled pipe is perforated and hot-rolled from Hastelloy C-22 round bar.
