HASTELLOY® C-2000® alloy (UNS N06200) is unique among the versatile nickel-chromium-molybdenum materials in having a deliberate copper addition. This provides greatly enhanced resistance to sulfuric acid. It also has a high chromium content, to maximize its resistance to oxidizing chemicals and process streams contaminated with ferric ions and dissolved oxygen.
Hastelloy C-2000 wire is a thinner nickel alloy round material, which is manufactured by cold drawing the wire rods. Compared with ordinary stainless steel wire, it has better corrosion resistance and high temperature performance. As we have complete heat treatment equipment and surface treatment technology, we can provide the Hastelloy C-2000 wires with different hardness and different finishes. In addition, if you need Hastelloy C-2000 spring wires with higher mechanical performance requirements, we can also meet your needs.
