As a trustworthy nickel alloy supplier, RAHUL FERROMETAL manufacture all sizes of Hastelloy C-2000 (AWS A5.11 ENiCrMo-17) welding electrode.
The nominal composition (wt %) of weld metal produced by electrodes of Hastelloy C-2000 is 59 Ni, 23 Cr, 16 Mo, and 1.6 Cu. Electrodes of Hastelloy C-2000 are used for welding and joining nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys, and for welding the clad side of joints in steel clad with nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy to steel and to other nickel-base alloys. Electrodes through the 1/8 in [3.2mm] size can be used for welding in all positions. Electrodes larger than that are used only in the flat position.

The composition content of ENiCrMo-17 welding electrode is relatively looser than that of ERNiCrMo-15 filler metal. At the same time, ENiCrMo-17 welding electrode removes the restriction on aluminum content.
